Day 1: Volcanoes National Park
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport for your Africa Vacation, you will be met by our safari guide and transferred north on a scenic drive through Rwandan countryside to Ruhengeri township in the foothills of the Virunga volcanoes. Dinner and overnight at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge/ Le Bambou Lodge/Home Inn

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking
This morning after an early breakfast, drive to the park headquarters and be briefed and assigned a gorilla group. The breathtaking gorilla trek, in which you follow in the footsteps of the rare and critically endangered mountain gorillas, starts in the foothills of the Virungas with eye-catching views in all directions. The gorilla trek is through the forest, the experienced trackers will lead the way and then bring you up close to one family gorilla group. During the 1 hour of interacting with the mountain gorillas, you will get to know about their daily life, and feeding pattern, after the gorilla trek, return to the lodge for relaxation OR a community walk. Dinner and overnight at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge/ Le Bambou Lodge/Home Inn

Day 3: Return to Kigali either to overnight or depart depending on your departure details
